Shanghai Jiale Corporation Limited locates at No. 288, Jinzhang Road, Zhangyan Town, Jinshan District, Shanghai. It is a joint venture which is totally reorganized from Shanghai Jiale Garments Co., Ltd., which was established in the beginning of 1993. Now it has RMB 9.315 million registered capital, RMB 280 million total assets including RMB 200 million fixed assets and a 96,000 square meter land area, a 58,000 square meter building area and 2,600 employees.
Our co***ny has the integrated production capability from fabric researching & development to knitting, dyeing, printing, embroidering and making up, which is with a yearly production of 1.2million garments and 12,000 kilometer kinds of fabric. Our co***ny mainly produces and sells kinds of middle & high grade knitting undergarments and outer cloths, fashionable dress and the decoration of garments, and takes the business of the fabric dyeing and fabric selling. 80 percent of the products which are produced with the fixed trade mark are sold to Japanese consumers, and the other 20 percent are sold to European and American customers. Up to now, we have even produced the garments with the trade mark as Adidas, Ellese, Reebok, Elle, Icb, Levis, Mizuno, Decathlon and so on.
Our main production equipment is imported from Japan, Italy, German and HK.
